Overview
You only need 25 to 35 minutes per session to see yourself get fitter. The training program is based on the indoor rower, broken down into four sessions per week with each session including a warm-up and the workout of the day. Progress can be measured on a personal basis through the Results Database. Shred that extra weight right off, improve your aerobic capacity or even complement an existing training program, this training program has got you covered.
