Overview

Through the vast experience in coaching (12+years) and specifically CrossFit Athletes (8+ years) combined with our extensive academic research, we take your training to the next level. Our focus is on the efficacy and efficiency of every movement whilst pushing the intensity when needed so that athletic performance is always increasing while keeping injury levels to a bare minimum. Through our Results Database and Client Commenting, we allocate any weaknesses and eliminate them.

What you get on a per-week basis:

  • 8 to 12 Workouts of the Day (WOD)
  • 3  Weightlifting Sessions
  • 3 Gymnastics/Bodyweight Sessions
  • 3 Metabolic Conditioning Sessions
