No equipment is required for this four-session (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) per week training program ranging from 35 to 45 minutes. The movements include every variation of the Squat, Push-Up, Dip, and Jump and are programmed to keep your body working efficiently and safely. Give it a go, your energy levels will thank you for it!
