Gymnastics training by Kosmidis Academy focuses on developing the skills required in becoming a proficient athlete by increasing your strength and working through technical sequences. Our coaching staff, will work through every workout with you to keep working on the weaknesses via the Results Database and Commenting.

  • 6 Movements of the Day: Skill or Strength
  • Workout Level:  Scaled | Intermediate | Elite
  • General fitness drills

The setup and movements include:

  • The floor (Hand Stand Walk | Hand Stand Push Ups | hand Stand Hold)
  • The pull-up bar (Pull-ups | Toes to bar | Muscle Ups)
  • The rings (Muscle Ups | Toes to Rings | Pull-Ups | Dips)
  • Parallel bars (low and high)
  • Rope Climb
  • General controlled Bodyweight training sequences
